Bringing teachers and school leaders together at scale
The pandemic gave birth to T4. In May 2020, we brought teachers and schools together in a time of crisis.
We realised the strength of building a global community of peers and the importance of shining a spotlight on the great work we see happening in classrooms and communities all over the world.

The New Normal: Education Post-COVID-19
During our first online event, The New Normal: Education Post-COVID-19, we focused on our four pillars that represent the ‘4’ in T4 Education. The 'T' of course, represents Teachers.
Technology
Collaboration
Leadership
Wellbeing
Within four weeks, 103,000 teachers registered for the event and participated by joining our online groups and subscribing to our social media channels. Within one week of the event finishing, over 60,000 attendance certificates were claimed, showing a huge desire to associate with the effort. We also recruited over 3,000 volunteer T4 Ambassadors in under 2 weeks to promote the event amongst their networks and amplify our communications online.
World Education Week
World Education Week was first launched in 2020 to provide an annual platform for 100 schools to share their stories of success whilst coming together to advocate for quality education for all. Our theme for our first World Education Week in 2020 was Learning Today which enabled teachers and schools to continue the conversation about how the pandemic was changing education. In 2021, our theme was focused on School Celebration to recognise and celebrate the fantastic efforts and positive impact teachers and schools have.
In 2022 we showcased our World's Best School Prizes Top Ten Shortlisted Schools and we also announced the winners.
