eyouth by eyouth
eyouth is the leading Arabic-first digital learning and employment platform in the Middle East and Africa. It bridges the gap between education and employment with an end-to-end, market-driven model focused on outcomes, not certificates. To date, eyouth has reached more than 4 million learners across 21 countries, delivered 500+ learning tracks taught by 3,000+ instructors, and produced 700,000+ successful job matches and placements through a network of 650+ employer partners.
The platform serves three interconnected audiences: youth aged 15–35 seeking real career outcomes; employers in priority sectors looking to upskill teams or hire job-ready talent; and governments, donors, and UN agencies running at-scale national workforce programmes. Revenue is balanced across B2G (50%), B2B (35%), and B2C (15%) — a model that combines public-sector reach with private-sector demand signals and direct learner engagement.
The product works in three integrated steps. First, market-driven tech skills: every programme is designed against real, current labour-market demand identified through structured employer research and partner co-design. Second, employer-aligned learning: curricula, projects, and competency-based assessments are co-built with hiring partners, so what a learner completes is exactly what a hiring manager is looking for. Third, AI-powered job matching: an integrated matching engine routes credentialled graduates directly into internships, entry-level roles, and full-time positions across the eyouth employer network.
Content is delivered as a SaaS platform across web and mobile, optimised for low-bandwidth contexts, and localised in Arabic, English, and French with local instructors who understand learners' context. Programmes are organised across focus areas that match the future of work in the region: Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Data Science and Analytics, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing and DevOps, Blockchain and Web3, and Entrepreneurship in Tech. For organisations, the platform layers in analytics dashboards, personalised learning paths per employee, and real-time outcome tracking.
eyouth operates country platforms in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and — as of January 2026 — Iraq, where it launched the country's first Arabic-language digital learning platform in strategic partnership with Al-Majal Group. Together with a US$6M MENA initiative co-launched with EDT&Partners at Bett 2025, eyouth is positioned to bring its model to an additional 1 million youth across the region.
