AprendoLab is a digital platform where teachers access personalised professional learning tailored to their needs, context, and interests. Everything starts with self-reflection: based on teachersʼ responses and their context, AprendoLab creates AI-powered personalised learning pathways that recommend short, practical learning experiences they can complete at their own pace.

Each pathway is organised into three stages grounded in effective teaching practice: Engage, In-Depth Learning, and Practical Reflection. The platform offers micro-learning modules, curated resources from more than 80 trusted educational organisations from across Latin America , interactive challenges, and downloadable materials that teachers can immediately apply in their classrooms. Teachers can explore topics such as innovative pedagogy, digital skills, socio-emotional learning, and the pedagogical use of AI.

For every resource, AI personalises the experience through three layers: a relevance explanation, practical tips, and concrete examples. In just minutes, teachers move from viewing to doing by connecting ideas, reflecting on their practice, and taking action in their classrooms.

Then users join “clans” that are communities of practice where teachers connect with peers and are guided to implement what they learnt in their classrooms. Teachers share experiences, and learn together. Accessible from mobile or computer — even with limited connectivity — the platform integrates professional learning into teachersʼ daily lives, making continuous development practical, flexible, and relevant.
