LEAD Learning System is revolutionising school education in India by transforming budget private schools into centres of academic excellence.   Purpose-built for low-resource classrooms, it integrates curriculum, pedagogy, AI-powered tools, and teacher training into one seamless system—empowering educators and enabling students to achieve grade-level mastery.

LEAD Learning System transforms student learning by codifying the best practices of curriculum design, lesson planning, teaching, training, monitoring and remediation and making it available in an easy-to-use form by teachers, students, school leaders and parents. 

It seeks to tackle the challenge that, while most schools aim to build strong conceptual understanding, thinking, communication and collaboration skills, and the values of perseverance, empathy and eco-centricity, among their students, they don’t have a system for achieving it.

Schools use books and learning resources from different vendors designed with different goals.  Their teachers are not well-trained in planning and teaching methods, and a large number lack subject knowledge. Most schools do not have the resources and learning infrastructure needed to achieve this vision. And they don’t have a good way of monitoring the execution of their vision to take remedial action.

With LEAD Learning System all teachers get a teacher tablet with a Teacher App containing digital lesson plans, digital books, audiovisual resources, assessments, grades entry and remediation across grades and subjects. They get regular professional development from LEAD experts and access to the LEAD Teacher Academy, a 24/7 digital academy. Teachers are rewarded through annual Shiksha Awards. This helps all teachers raise their quality of planning, teaching and remediation.

All lesson plans are expert-designed for ‘gradual release of responsibility’ to students and multi-modal teaching. 

World-class subject-level pedagogies are embedded in the lesson plans and books, e.g. ‘CPA’ for Maths and ‘Learning by Doing’ for Science. 

The English program, ELGA (English Language and General Awareness) is unique in helping students from non-English speaking families build their English skills across listening and reading comprehension, and speaking and writing expression.

All students get physical books, workbooks for all subjects and a student app for regular practice and revision. They can access centrally conducted masterclasses and national championships. They can monitor their progress and get rewarded through XPs. School leaders get an academic operating system to run their school with a timetable and school annual calendar, plus data and analytics on student performance, teacher adoption and syllabus progress. This enables timely interventions. 

All classrooms are upgraded with LEDs or interactive panels to enable audio-visual learning and with teaching-learning materials linked to the lesson plans for concrete learning.

Parents get updates on their child’s progress and sessions on parenting.
