Teacher Tech Summit

About

We are delighted to announce the details of our inaugural Teacher Tech Summit! This will be streamed live on Saturday 17th April, 12 pm – 3 pm GMT – check your local time using timeanddate.com. Please note, the UK will be on GMT+1 (BST) in April so if you are UK-based, the event timings are 1 pm – 4 pm BST.

The global pandemic has demonstrated the need for schools to adopt and adapt new practices to ensure our children continue to receive a high-quality education.

We know teachers have been adapting and sharing their practices informally during the pandemic. We also know that teachers are key to ensuring schools can fulfil their ambitions.

So, we want to provide teachers with a platform to share their expertise and practical experiences using educational technology, with a global audience.

Like all of our events, our Teacher Tech Summit will be free to attend.

Learn from the best. Learn from teachers, like you.

Teacher Tech Summit themes

Our 2021 Summit will focus on the following themes:

  • How to design the learning experience for hybrid environments
  • Creating community in online classrooms
  • How to create good digital content
  • How to assess learning in online environments
  • Ensuring equity and inclusion in online learning

Get involved!

Masterclass Pitch

If you are a teacher with expertise to share in the innovative use of educational technology, we invite you to make a pitch and contribute to our public Teacher Tech Summit Masterclass Playlist of teachers demonstrating the very best practices for online learning!

The best 3 entries will be selected to demonstrate their practice at our inaugural Teacher Tech Summit.

Submit your 3 minute video on Flipgrid if you are a teacher who wants to share how you use technology in the following areas:

  • How to design the learning experience for hybrid environments
  • Creating community in online classrooms
  • How to create good digital content
  • How to assess learning in online environments
  • Ensuring equity and inclusion in online learning

Remember this is not about giving a lecture or speech, we want you to show your peers how you do something. Be practical. Show and tell.
